Come and see Masterchef Willie Pike MBE at work in the Lochside Theatre

The Food Town Initiative are pleased to announce that Willie Pike Masterchef MBE will be offering a wonderful chef demonstration of his fantastic cooking skills at the Lochside Theatre on Thursday May 21st at 7:00pm.
Willie Pike is a Scottish Chef who specialises in Sugar Craft and Deserts as well as high quality local recipes. Willie has cooked for many distinguished guests and dignitaries, including the Royal Family, but he maintains that his greatest challenge was cooking for 400 of his peers at the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef’s Award … the equivalent of the Culinary Oscars!
Willie was a founder member of the successful Scottish Culinary Team and is a true ambassador for Scottish produce devising dishes and menus which are cooked and judged against the top competing countries in the world including USA, Canada and France. The Scottish Culinary Team are now ranked by the industry in the world’s top five.
