in the catering business prides her teams ability to offer quality food with that something a bit different.

If its a cosy evening meal with a good glass of wine or a relaxing stir to your taste buds street lights bistro is the place for you.

Some typical menus

to start

chunky black pudding

thick toasted slice of black pudding sitting on a crunchy crouton and drizzled with a fresh tangy herb dressing

hot smoked salmon

discovered on holiday in the Outer Hebrides and simply served with oatcakes and lemon mayonnaise

Mains

moroccan lamb

chunks of locally produced organic lamb simmered in mediterranean spices ,apricots and chick peas and served with fluffy couscous

thai green chicken curry

not too hot with chunks of chicken breast and thai spices and served with fluffy basmati rice, naan bread and a yoghurt and cucumber dip

sea bass fillets

simply pan fried with lemon and lime slices and served with pan juices

a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes are included with all mains

Puddings are all homemade on the day.
